Terms

Everything is handmade, so small variations in color, design and size are normal and part of the charm. Product photos are representative, and custom designs may vary.

Submitting a custom request — through the Custom Orders page or a product page — is a request, not a confirmed order. Our team reviews every request and follows up about availability, details and pricing. An order is only confirmed once we've reviewed it and you've agreed to the final details and price.

Online checkout is not currently available on this website, and you cannot pay for an order on this site today. If we confirm your order, we'll arrange payment with you directly.

Prices shown on the website are current as of your visit but may change. Custom items show a starting price; the final price depends on size, design and detail, and is confirmed with you before your order is accepted.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
