Privacy Policy

When you use the Contact form, we collect your name, email address and message.

When you submit a custom request — through the Custom Orders page or a product page — we collect your name, email address, requested date, the details you tell us about what you'd like made, how you'd like to receive it, your delivery address (only if you choose local delivery), and an inspiration image if you choose to upload one.

Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser on your device. What's in your bag is not sent to us unless you contact us or submit a request.

We use the information you send us to read and respond to your message or request, plan your order, and arrange delivery or shipping. When you submit a form, your message or request is stored privately and our team receives an email notification so we know to take a look.

We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers. Like most websites, we rely on service providers to host this website, store form submissions and send our notification emails — your information passes through those services only so the website can work.

This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking tools.

Contact messages may be deleted after six months.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us at any time by emailing us.
