Returns & Cancellations

We don't accept returns.

If an item arrives damaged, please email us at thecakecraftcrew@outlook.com and tell us what happened — include a photo if you can. We'll take a look and follow up with you.

Cancellation requests must be made within two hours of purchase. If you request a cancellation within two hours of purchase, you'll receive a full refund. To request one, email us at thecakecraftcrew@outlook.com as soon as possible with your name and order details.

A custom request isn't an order yet — if you've only submitted a request, just let us know if you'd like to withdraw it.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
